Day 4. Olkhon - the heart of Baikal
After breakfast the route continues along the Baikal water area towards Olkhon Island - the place of power, the center of shamanism, natural energy and amazing landscapes. It is here that the lake divides into the Big Sea and the Small Sea.
On the way there is a stop on Ogoi Island, where the Stupa of Enlightenment is located. An opportunity to climb to the top and admire the panorama of the boundless Baikal.
Further - short fishing for grayling or rest in a cozy bay surrounded by rocks and clear water.
By evening arrival to Olkhon and accommodation in art-hotel “Port Olkhon”, famous for its atmosphere and comfort.

In the morning we will walk to Shamanka Rock (accompanied by a guide), one of the 9 shrines of Asia, the place where shamanic rituals are held. Until now the sacred white marble rock is especially honored by shamanists. Near the rock there is Saray Bay, also known as the Bay of Youth, where you can swim and rejuvenate your body and soul.
After lunch we will go by speed boats to the ferry crossing. Here we will take a comfortable bus and leave for Irkutsk. On the way we will make a stop at OBO, pay tribute to the spirits of the area. We will visit the local Datsan (optional).
