Day 2
Aerial journey to South Baikal
Helicopter route along Baikal’s southern shore with a picnic lunch in the upper Snezhnaia River. Then a landing on floats at Sneghotel, check-in, a Siberian banya with plunge pool and a Baikal-style dinner.
Day 3
Cruise to Peschanaya Bay
Depart aboard a comfortable yacht with cabins and a sauna. Stop at the Circum‑Baikal Railway, walk through the tunnel, relax in Peschanaya and Babushka bays. Chef-prepared meals and overnight on board.
Day 4
Cruise to Olkhon Island
Transit to Olkhon with a visit to Ogoy Island and the Buddhist Stupa of Enlightenment. Fishing in one of the bays, accommodation at art-hotel Port Olkhon and an optional evening meeting with a practicing shaman.
Day 5
Olkhon and return to Irkutsk
Guided walk with a specialist to the sacred Shamanka rock and Saraysky Bay. After lunch — high‑speed boats to the ferry, transfer to Irkutsk with a stop at a local datsan and overnight at History.
Day 6
Trip conclusion
Breakfast, transfer to the airport and departure. The sequence of water and air stages may be adjusted for weather.

Day 4. Olkhon — the heart of Baikal
After breakfast the route continues across Baikal toward Olkhon Island — a place of power, a center of shamanism, natural energy and striking landscapes. Here the lake divides into the Great and Small Seas.
En route — stop at Ogoy Island, home to the Stupa of Enlightenment. Opportunity to climb to the summit and admire panoramic views of boundless Baikal.
Then — a short grayling fishing session or rest in a sheltered bay surrounded by cliffs and clear water.
By evening arrive on Olkhon and check in at art-hotel Port Olkhon, known for its atmosphere and comfort.
Cozy dinner by the fireplace in the hotel restaurant.
Optional: meet a shaman and learn the island’s ancient traditions.
Overnight on the island, in the quiet and calm of Baikal’s wild nature.

After breakfast—transfer to the heliport and boarding of modern Airbus H130 helicopters. Enjoy a flight along Baikal’s southern coast with panoramic views of pristine Siberian wilderness.
From above you’ll see dense forests, rocky shores, scenic bays and the Khamar-Daban ridge—the heart of South Pribaikalia. Landing at the spot known as Strelka, in the upper reaches of the Snezhnaya River.
Here by the water we’ll host an outdoor barbecue lunch.
Afterwards—optional:
– a scenic trek to Grokhotun Waterfall,
– mountain grayling fishing in a crystal-clear river.
By evening—ride downstream on Sever 650 airboats along the Snezhnaya River to Hotel Belosnezhka, cosily set at the confluence of the Snezhnaya and Baikal.

In the morning we'll walk to Shaman Rock (with a guide), one of Asia's nine sacred sites and a place for shamanic rites. The sacred white‑marble rock remains especially revered by shamans. Beside the rock is Saraysky Bay, also called the Bay of Youth; locals believe bathing there rejuvenates body and spirit.
After lunch we board high‑speed boats to the ferry crossing. There we transfer to a comfortable coach and drive to Irkutsk. En route we stop at the OBO to pay respects to the local spirits. We can visit the local datsan (optional).
Overnight at the 'History' hotel.
Dinner (on your own, à la carte; we reserve a table for the evening)

Private summer tour to Baikal: 6-day itinerary
This is a private Baikal expedition that, within a single itinerary, links Southern Baikal and the Snezhnaia River, the KBZhD, Peschanaya Bay, and the islands of Olkhon and Ogoy.
Itinerary:Irkutsk → Southern Baikal → KBZhD and Peschanaya Bay → Olkhon and Ogoy → Irkutsk. Helicopter, glisser, yacht and speedboats — used only where they enhance access to the location.
